The Holdovers 2023
“The Holdovers” is hands down one of my favorite movies of 2023, and possibly one of the best movies of the year. This Christmas-themed gem doesn’t shy away from the drama. It’s a heartwarming mix of comedy, coming-of-age storytelling, punch-to-the-gut sadness, and a touch of romance, all wrapped around a very real and relatable plot. You end up having a rare connection to both main characters. One is older and feeling pretty down about life, while the other is younger…

A Complete Unknown 2024
Was never a Dylan fan but this is one of those movies after you watch it you want to get to know and explore the lore. After educating myself on more Bob Dylan art you realize how great Chalamet did in this role.
This movie does a great job getting you to love Dylan and at the same time get you feel for the people he affected Joan Baez and Pete Seeger.Translated from by

Frank 2014
I rewatched this movie 4-5 times within 2 weeks after I first saw it. The 80’s synth chaos music was great in a unconventional way. How “normal” frank came across when he had his head on compared to his band mates actually provides a good message for people in real life.
