  Great cast, though with some less-than-stellar performances (looking at you, Keanu). The real star is the production design. Successfully captures the blend of sensuality and horror dracula is known for.

  One of those films that reminds you that "PG" was an entirely different rating in the 80s. Lots of flashes of creativity and creepiness in this otherwise pretty one-dimensional story. Cool to see a director with horror chops at work in the sword and sandals genre.

  Exhausting. I used to work with kids, and it's like if a sixth grader who can't focus on anything and is always getting into fights for no reason was encapsulated in movie form. Which is an accomplishment, but not everyone will enjoy this.

  One particular scene had me crying laughing. Spectacular action sequences too.
