La Haine 1995
The perfect film, purely because it doesn’t feel like one. Captures 24 hours in the life of the parisian projects effortlessly in a snapshot of the youth that is the definition of timeless. Relevant in any age with characters that are painfully human, truly the epitome of filmaking

The Darjeeling Limited 2007
Hit personally, under appreciated within Wes’ filmography, probably cause of the whiteness of it at times. But the scene alone with clair de lune in the back as the trio reconnect in a place close to me is really one of my favourite moments in film. A beautiful handling of grief and a film i hope gets its praise eventually
