  Shout out to my boyfriend and best friend for cope up with my enthusiasm and for putting up with my constant reminder for months that Wicked would be (is) the event of the year. Ariana's comic timing is perfect, Cynthia delivers a performance capable of moving mountains. I will probably see it again (it's not a probability, it's a fact).

  Do people always fall in love with things they can't have?
  It's December, just one day before Christmas and watching Carol on this date has become a tradition. I don't remember exactly the first time I saw it, I just know that over the years it has become one of my favourite movies. The book itself is magnificent, falling in love with a person you can't have is perhaps one of my favorite narratives. To all this, add my eternal predilection for Rooney Mara and a beautiful soundtrack by Carter Burwell, which transports you to the inner world of Therese and Carol.
