I think my expectations were too high for this. I was initially pretty gripped by the first third of the film and waited excitedly for the movie to have an interesting twist, more than what we already knew would happen. Then the home invasion scene happened and I just felt it dragged on for way too long. Maybe because I didn't find it as funny as other people in the theatre and other users here on Letterboxd.
