I gave this movie two and a half stars because it’s batshit crazy (in a bad way). There’s so many messages, so many insane plot choices, and the music is the worst of any musical I have ever seen. I wouldn’t even classify this movie as a musical. It redeems itself a little with a positive overall message, as well as good performances overall. Despite the low rating, I’m still gonna like the movie because it was a truly entertaining ride the whole time, just not in the way it intended
