  Crazy that count Orlok has a mustache. Like at some point count orlok made the conscious decision he was gonna get one of those. He was like: “yeah today’s the day.” Would that not be inconvenient for a vampire? Surely blood is getting stuck in that thing all the time. And how does he trim it? He can’t just…look in the mirror. I wonder if when count orloks buds saw him they were like “bro WHAT is that on your face lol.” And he was like “shut up guys it’s sick.”

  So yeah I didn’t really find him all that scary but he was certainly interesting.

  Willem Dafoe does an excellent portrayal of a manager at a minimum wage job

  In all seriousness though, this is so well shot and the atmosphere is DRIPPING and the acting is (of course) amazing. Some crazy out of this world shots that all added to create a really unique experience that was clearly meticulously thought out. Definitely worth a rewatch once I can get me sea legs back.
