Blank Narcissus (Passion of the Swamp) 2022
Peter Strickland does sad, forlorn gay porn, what's not to love? Once you get over the more provocative aspects, it's truly a tragically relatable glimpse at the fleeting romances that flicker in and out of the queer community at high speed. If it wasn't for the internet's omnipresence these days, I too would probably spend my days wondering what happened to the other girls who never saw me the same way I saw them.
