Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX -Beginning- 2025
The most gundam movie of all time. Nerdgasming (if you’re into Universal Century), because there will be a lot of moment where you’ll instinctively point to the screen (and do a soyface, most likely)
Pacing is a bit off but it’s because basically we have half of the movie as a prologue and the latter half some few episodes of the series.
Surprisingly the “difference of artstyle” is not prevalent.

Can you believe I just watched this movie in 2025? There was a 10th year anniversary screening in IMAX across my country. I got to admit I missed out on this piece of cinema. All the themes, character writing and plot is really well written it left you immersed in the universe. This proves that you don’t need a whole cinematic universe to make you film engaging.
