  Watching the movie is like reading a great novel! It’s so poetry and melancholic but at the same time some great humor pops up, and the storytelling really surprised me!

  Miyazaki Hayao‘s films always teach us how to keep the hope alive. Although some plots are quite vague, I still really enjoy it, because it so fantasy like a dream, and dream is obscure too.

  Can't remember when I saw it, but the soundtrack left a deep impression on me. And the scene where the boy chases the maid in the dark seems to express that their relationship can only happen in the shadow.
