A polarized letter written with a two inks' quill, love and hate. Utilizing various characters, Damien Chazelle sculpted his undying passion while recognizing the tragedy behind it. Justin Hurwitz left me speechless, my ears thanks the sound he produced. Hollywood's roaring '20s were a still-burning ashes for people who faded away from this world, but not from the art that stood. There's no doubt about what art is, and that last sequence is pure art.

Killers of the Flower Moon 2023
Stunning work, another great piece of filmmaking by the man itself. I respect Scorsese more each film. This felt like a play carried with a compelling and distressed story. The actors were stellar, both Leo and De Niro. Some scenes elevated so much because of their acting. It's a long runtime, but with black gold's worth.
