Okay okay okay. I wasn’t sure but honestly.. well done.
The plot, basically the same. The casting, spot on. I’ve always enjoyed this view point of Dracula’s story. Cursed lovers. A lot of shrapnel. A lot of collateral. Very camp. Inject it.
Visually.. god i was on the edge of my seat and in awe. Particularly with the symmetry in some of the shots and the heavy focus on moonlit spaces and faces.
In essence, I feel like in its homage to the original, it was everything that the original was not allowed to be at its time of conception.
Count orlok - very cunty.
