  i knew this was gonna be 5 stars when the opening sequence switched to claymation, God this movie was soooo good!

  another french entry… this one screamed 2000s right in your face. the color grading, the score, the fashion, accessories, the hair!! hair is everything—even in hervé being bald. i saw the ending coming from a mile away, even that was so 2000s. i was intrigued at the start and disgusted by the end. what goes around comes around.

  beautiful gothic horror picture, i fell in love with nearly everything about it. the eery sounds, the colorful nighttime tints. this is how you make use of color in a picture that revolves around darkness. incredible performances all around. had me wincing at the bites, the convulsions, the gory display of blood. 

  we must all bid farewell to the shame and guilt that keeps us from living authentically. or that  shame will manifest as danger for our loved ones.
