  I don’t feel like positive reviews here capture everything exceptional about this film — and the negative ones miss the big flaw, which is that there’s no real ending (and the story calls for one, I think). Those two things might be connected — the way the generational history, the community of the heritage tour, and the hate-him-want-to-be-him relationship between the cousins are all deeply linked, but the film never finds a way to being this closer tour the surface. That’s what a real ending would have been for I think.
