i think similar to okja though, the film is great at depicting malicious politicians as narcissistic buffoons rather than figures with any depth; once you stop fearing them, they really have nothing on you. and i think that is the only way we should be viewing the one percent

the slow and silent walk to the uber spot and the streetlights hitting nora and hae sung deep in their own thought, pictured as two completely different people. the said truths and unsaid things just caught up to me by the end of the film and then, right before hae sung enters his uber, he says something along the lines of:
“what if this is one of our past lives and in the next one we know each other…
