  Peaks and valleys. 

  This movie has so many problems. The tone, the pacing, the shoddy cgi, the obvious reshoots, Sam’s poor characterization, and the fact that this has the look of a daytime network cop show. HOWEVER, this movie has just enough aspects that I really enjoy to get it over the hump. Most of all, Harrison Ford’s performance was absolutely outstanding(for the material). He really had me buying in. Another standout is Tim Blake Nelson, a criminally underrated actor with the proper amount of scenery chewing in his roll. 

  Overall, this is trashy fun that is, for me, a guilty pleasure.
