    Study Group

    ★★★★½

Study Group has all the elements that kept me glued to my seat, binge-watching all 10 episodes in one go! It starts with Yoon Ga Min persuading Kim Se Hyun to form a study group, which then plays a vital role in reforming their school. Honestly, it got me thinking—are Korean schools really that intense? Kinda scary if they are…

Hwang Min Hyun is the perfect cast for Yoon Ga Min. Seriously, how did he bring the nerd-fighter character to…

    Interstellar

Rewatching Interstellar after 10 years since its first release truly hits differently. Honestly, I'd forgotten most of the movie's details, so it felt like watching a brand new, mind-blowing film! Realizing this movie was released in 2014 makes my admiration skyrocket — every element, from the twist, plot, pacing, to the visual effects, is absolutely top-tier!

Mickey 17 sets an example of how a science fiction film should be when given the right script and narrative. There’s hardly any plot hole in both the story and the background of each event. Interestingly, Bong Joon-Ho manages to keep it engaging with a non-linear plot and thought-provoking dialogues. As a result, the nearly 2.5-hour runtime was something I genuinely enjoyed.

Robert Pattinson continues to prove himself as one of the most talented actors today. Is it Oscar-worthy? Maybe…

    The Childe

The Childe combines the intensity of an action movie with such effortless comedy in, of course, Korean-vibe. You know THOSE funny scenes and dialogues that can only be funny if it's done by the Korean actors? Yup, you'll get it in this movie. Surprisingly, they also give good action scenes all with the car racing, shooting here and there, marathon running, even the close-up fights. Just, amazing!

About the actors, I know Kim Seon Ho and Go A Ra for…
