  I’ve only seen 3 Wong Kar-Wai films, this film making it 4, but it’s definitely become my favourite of his. It follows the typical Wong Kar-Wai tropes; multiple characters on alternative storylines that occasionally cross, all experiencing various different quarrels in their relationships with their family or spouses, and the sporadic ones found in-between.

  No but I really liked it. That being said, some of the humour didn’t hit for me. The end joke especially - I think it would have been a lot more effective if they had ended it on the montage.
