Soooo many thoughts. This one really had me in it for a while. I appreciated the parallels and the nods at America’s current state, however I didn’t quite fully understand the politics of this world. They were creating a new world, but what were the parameters? They wanted to annihilate these indigenous creatures, but it happened so quickly and out of nowhere? These creatures could just kill us but also couldn’t but also didn’t want to but also did want…
