Directorial debut??? You gotta be shitting me! Eggers might become one of my favourite directors after all.
Truly captivating from beginning to end, never felt bored. Not a single second. Beautifully shot, the music was complementing beautifully to the scene. I have no notes interesting original and captivating.
The religious and feminist innuendos were so well thought of even tho they were not really shoved down your throat it was right in your face. Definitely gonna have a rewatch soon.
Okay, I definitely enjoyed the second half of the movie better than the first half. This was an interesting way to handle space colonialism. With enough references to the current world was a good combination of reality and science fiction. This mixed with Bong Joon Ho’s vision and great on screen performances from the actors turned this movie into an enjoyable ride. It was whimsy and emotional at the same time and I think it was a good balance.

Interesting concept but why ruin it with harry styles. Also it was kinda boring tho ngl. Florence was about the only good thing about the whole thing.
