on a more serious note, this has probably become one of my favorite modern day romcoms. I've been on a chase for the same feelings I get when I watch 10 things I hate about you or 13 going on 30, and this movie came awfully close.

as far as book-to-film adaptations go, this was pretty well done. I had several moments throughout the movie that I wish they added more from the book to provide better context, alongside a series of scenes that I wish didn't differ from the book because the meaning changed.
