  I can never get over the editing/transitions in this.
  And still my heart was almost beating out of its chest at the ending.
  No idea why this is has been so underrated in comparison to the rest of Lynch’s work

  I liked Ryan and Tatum O’Neal and their hijinks, but overall I was just kinda bored. Maybe it’s just not my vibe but I didn’t really feel a whole lot, sweet ending though

  This was my final Lynch (aside from Dune), I kinda always knew I would keep putting this off until after he died (probably because I somehow knew it would cheer me up).

  It had the perfect blend of weird, shocking, hilarious, cartoonish, and totally sincere moments.
  I loved Sailor and Lula, their relationship was my favourite part of the whole film. The total lack of irony in their love just holds it all together.

  Investigation of a Citizen Above Suspicion 1970

  Way more energetic and propulsive than I thought it was going to be and I’m so glad I took a punt on it.
  Much like The Third Man I think a lot of the character would’ve been lost if not for that beautifully silly score that I can’t get out of my head.
  This one kept surprising me and I just kept leaning in.
