Safety Not Guaranteed 2012
This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I wanted to like this film so much, but in the end, it simply fell flat. Not a single character has a complete story arc, and ultimately there was no one that I could relate to or root for.
*Spolier* If Darius had opted NOT to go with Kenneth, and had found something in the lockbox later, I would have been more satisfied with the ending. Arnau was a useless character, and Jeff amounted to a looser that never learned from his failures. Darius' growth could have played better if compared to Jeff's lack thereof.
