  Was really hoping (and honestly believing) I would love it. It was only okay. Felt like a normal heist movie but with a somewhat wacky ending. Would not want to watch it again, but would want to live in that house.

  I believe Peter Griffin said it best:
  "It insists upon itself."

  Starts off strong but then just gets worse and worse. The shift from horror to absurd just becomes boring. There is a clear attempt to create a statement about society - the "shadows" representing the lower class unable to escape poverty - which works at first, but the statement itself just ends up making it impossible to tell a good horror story.
