Adolescence 2025
I think it’s kind of a shame Adolescence ends with its weakest one take ride.
Episode 4’s writing is the least convincing : in episode2 a cop comments on how the victims of these criminals are always less remembered than the perpetrators, and ep4 chooses to erase the victim and focus on Jamie and his family. Make their pain the final one.

I can never understand the whole AI paranoia when humans are able to create things like The electric state.
A movie which ends on a wonderwall sad piano cover. A movie so hollow, it does less than what a computer would do with less personality than my iphone. Algorithmic soup cooked by technologically advanced apes.Electric state is the equivalent of driving on a straight road where every ten meters there’s signalisation to remind you that not only you’re on a straight road but also how you should feel about it.
