Black Mountain Side 2014
BLACK MOUNTAIN SIDE is very satisfying in it's building in the first half and payoffs in the second, a lot of great suspense and shocks throughout that never let the movie slow down. Not to mention mostly great performances and the non-moving drawn out shots that set the tone for this movie. Great stuff.

Frank Herbert's Dune 2000
FRANK HERBERT'S DUNE is a really faithfully done TV adaption of the book. Staying truer to the book than Lynch's film in including key scenes and plot points he left out with half the runtime of this series. The sets and costumes are really well done and there's good enough acting from most, with The Barron outclassing everyone giving the best performance of the series. Magnum Force 1973
MAGNUM FORCE is missing some of the style of the first movie with some less spectacular cinematography and an absence of music throughout the movie which were some of the staples of the first movie. Still a great cop movie with a surprisingly high production value.
