  Definitely the weakest part of the trilogy
  The conflict between apes and humans felt forced unlike the last two installations
  It felt like it was trying too hard to be emotional 
  Caesar was a shadow of the remarkable leader he proved to be in the dawn for the planet of the apes
  Some important moments didn’t get enough time and depth while at some points the movie felt it was dragged out for no reason
  It definitely had some powerful moments because the previous two were just that good and you are already heavily invested in the characters

  I pulled it up on my phone expecting a cliché 90’s teen movie and I couldn’t be more wrong. Within the first 20 minutes of the movie I was completely enchanted by the raw feel this film had to it for some reason it just felt so authentic and the characters felt alive . While every actor did an amazing job I can’t imagine anyone else playing the role of Lloyd in place of John Cusack he was simply perfect
