Memoirs of a Geisha 2005
extremely historically inaccurate and disrespectful description of what being a geisha is, but what to expect from a movie based in that joke of a book. arthur golden interviewed mineko iwasaki - a well known geisha - for his book and then twisted her words for his own benefit. you can check out HER book "geisha, a life" for an accurate description, instead of believing in what a white male has to say about them.
