Truly enjoyed this film. Felt like 3 short stories combined into one overall very unique plot with different levels of filming within it all.
The use of different cameras and lenses had me confused at first but overall felt like a true artistic approach to creating a movie like I’ve never seen before.
It had its ups and downs but if you’re looking for something dark, captivating, and heart pumping I would definitely recommend it.
Unique. Honest. Suspenseful. Original.
Many different words could be used to describe this one.
Can’t say that it wasn’t a fun watch but I was looking forward to it being over 3/4 the way through. I hate when people say movies are too long but this one dragged on even though the audience (doubtful it was just me) knew how it was going to end half way through. Loved how they tied real world issues into the story as well as bringing back the original cast but the lazy acting and predictable plot made it…
One of the purest movies I’ve ever seen. Truly the most glamour-less post-apocalyptic movies you’ll ever watch.
Incredibly casted for a movie most people have never heard of. The book was amazing, the film left me speechless. One of those movies when it ends all you can say is “…Damn”
All the skepticism of crooked cops comes to life in this film exposed by a morally righteous, sometimes ignorant, up and coming cop who’s just trying to do his job.
Loved the perspective of a seemingly average joe who has a passion for genuine police work. Al Pacino plays the epitome of “cool” and finds himself ahead of his time in his efforts to uncover the corruption and collusion within the police force
