  Would gladly watch another hour of this. There's certainly enough meat to some characters in the book (heart goes out to Thufir especially) to fill it out. Previous watch made me a little uncertain about the way it ended, but now I feel it definitely works as the act concluding with Paul's more exploitative form after failing to protect his kinder futures. A good amount of goodwill from me…

  A beautiful and emotionally resonant piece. It presents the filming of a biographical documentary through a unique metafictional lens. The film doesn’t blur reality and fiction, but rather playfully bounces between the two. There’s also the elegance of a simple childhood promise leading to the staggering artistic legacy of the actress. An exquisitely crafted movie with lovely coherence of characters, setting, and themes.
