It's like watching Armageddon mixed with Knowing, except with a weird & inconsistent concept. Nonetheless, I still get the point of the satire about society, which I bet we all quite much can relate to.
Not so good with all the $$$$$$$ casts, but at least they got Bon Iver to sing at the credit scene. (And I'm glad to see Jennifer Lawrence back on screen and screaming again. I love her character.)

I honestly didn't expect Flanagan to make this kind of story--it's Ari Aster-ish, except he added a little bit of feeling and tears in there (lol). I know Flanagan has made a cult-kind of story before in Doctor Sleep, but Midnight Mass is different. BUT IT'S GOOD. The first two episodes are boring but wait until eps 5.
