A.I. Artificial Intelligence 2001
two weeks removed from my viewing experience so i won’t write my actual review here, but i plan on rewatching it soon and will definitely have more to say. just a wonderful, visually dazzling, inventive, and deeply moving twist on the pinocchio story. maybe it’s just because i stumbled across it at 12:30 while channel surfing, but i was absolutely blown away. of spielberg’s many masterpieces, a.i. might just be his best.
