This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.
I didn’t shed a tear the whole movie despite my eyes welling up a few times. When the movie ended, a few tears finally escaped and fell down my face. I’ve listed all of the reasons for this, from least likely to most likely:

It’s a serviceable crime drama with solid acting. The disappointment is the story (inspired by a true one). The plot twists and turns, but it feels aimless. It’s performing these maneuvers in a large, empty parking lot - there’s little purpose and no destination.
