The Nice Guys 2016
Ryan Gosling is incredible in this movie. I honestly had no idea he was this funny. Super fun movie that has lots of awesome comedy. Is the plot generic, absolutely, but that doesn’t matter to me. Gosling and Crowe were awesome together and they did a fantastic job giving the movie the funky vibes of the 70s. I really hope we see more work like this from gosling in the future and honestly hope one day we get a sequel

To put it simply, this is one of the greatest films I’ve ever seen, if not the best. Visually stunning, terrific acting performances across the board, a jaw dropping score from Hans Zimmer, a captivating plot that is both intellectual and emotional, interstellar truly has it all.

Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood 2019
Very different from all of Tarantino's work I have watched so far. I think it was an interesting style change from the typical quest/plot-driven movies that I love from him. Lots of great shots and great moments in this movie that make it worth the watch. Once you take the movie for what it is you truly can appreciate what he was aiming for here. I think it could have been slightly better paced but overall I enjoyed it, and can see it growing on me with time and a rewatch.
