  Bland and shallow film. No story really, just running from dinosaurs and old white guys getting money unethically. Not to mention this film was no joke 20 times the length it should’ve been. Don’t waste ur time.

  Great movie. Loved how they lowkey focused on the idea of not dwelling on your mistakes and trying to go back and change them. Also loved how they included little bits of toy story as well as explaining who Zurg really is. Highly recommend.

  Rise of the Planet of the Apes 2011

  Great movie with all around great theme and plot that was both action packed and emotional. The two criticisms I have about this movie are A) I feel as if they tried to make the chimps too close to humans and B) when they stormed the streets of San Francisco, I think they did a little too much and it was a little cheesy. However, other than that I thought this movie was entertaining and the emotions that came with it were great.

  When I was watching the movie at first, I thought to myself “there’s no way they can fill the entire 3 hour film with interesting content” but boy was I wrong. The film had me engaged and interested for the entirety which, for a three hour movie, is hard to do. The way the plot just kept unfolding and watching how the antagonist plotted his crimes was beyond fun to watch. Probably the best movie I’ve seen this year.
