Monty Python and the Holy Grail 1975
Yeah man just doesn’t do it for me. I recognize the classic bits and impact this movie made but I think that the comedy genre is the most susceptible genre to getting stuck in their times. Like we are gonna sound insane when we’re 45 and tell kids that the 2000s comedies are the funniest ever.

The Fall Guy 2024
Ryan Gosling has such a nonchalant way of acting where at times he seems so unserious. I think it’s because he has this certain rhythm to his delivery and comedic timing that almost all his characters have the exact same vibe. Idk a lot of his delivery comes off as sarcastic, like he’s subtly nodding to everyone that he’s in a movie, but not in a pretentious way like Ryan Reynolds. This is sounding like a bad thing but I think it’s my favourite thing about him as an actor.
Anyways the movie went way too overboard by the last 30-40mins, still mostly funny throughout
