The only good thing is that they left Harry British, Other than that wreck of a film would not recommend to anyone. #StreamFineLine

  • Heavy Metal

    Heavy Metal

    ★★★½

Comprised of several short animated stories, all connected through one central character (an evil glowing orb) Heavy Metal is an edgy animation for its time, with plenty of sex, nudity, and gore. Great single cell animation style, with plenty of attention to detail, and an easy to follow overarching story arc.

  • Brazil

    Brazil

    ★★½

Brazil is an interesting commentary on the bureaucratic world. It’s as if George Orwell tried to write a British comedy. With a runtime of almost 2.5 hours, and a disjointed storyline that feels like a dream sequence, Brazil can feel like quite a slog for the first hour or so. While it does pick up in the second half, a lot could be cut out or shortened, with certain parts that feel like they add little to nothing to the story itself. Decent movie, huge tube budget.
