I was honestly speechless after this movie. My parents and I love to watch historical drama films together at the theatre, and we always have discussions after- about what we loved, historical context and significance, etc. I stayed quiet this time.

Overall: Was not very thought provoking as it could have been and the whole dynamic between Lauren and Miles was sweet-but-boring but the graphic violence was oddly engaging and I enjoyed the “historical” basis to it?
