  i saw this as a double feature with the sbubstance and i wasn’t expecting to like this more by a large margin!! i loved the directing and the 70s-esque set design, lowkey need sebastian stan’s brown leather jacket + white dress shirt with orange flowers combo.

  +1/2 star for playing I Can’t Hardly Stand It by The Cramps, i was literally listening to that song yesterday lol

  this is like if Alan McCarthy was the main character of The Boys In The Band. literally every other character was more interesting than Hawk

  also don’t get me wrong i love Stormé DeLarverie and loved seeing her on screen (giggling, twirling my hair, kicking my feet, etc), but why was a real-life woman who famously lived in nyc somehow a regular performer at a bar in dc?? i saw an interview where the creator says that he just wanted…
