There is a good film somewhere in here, but what we got wasn’t that unfortunately. I think my biggest issue with Triangle is that it abandons the logic it presents and slowly digs the film’s hole deeper and deeper until the writer says “Fuck it, that’s too much work.”

Velvet Buzzsaw is like a Black Mirror episode that looks like a CW film that premieres on the SYFY channel.. it’s simply not good. A heavy handed message, terrible dialogue, and just intentionally funny-bad scenes. I’m not exactly disappointed, because I expected as much.
