  aaaaah i loved this so much!

  The subtle messages and foreshadowing throughout the whole film were amazing. The ability to just take this film at surface level and even then have so much to be thrilled with is so mesmerising. Of course if you are like me you can always take it a bit deeper and see the full spectrum of possibilities about Us.

  The acting was so amazing and Lupita’s was like no other. She played both characters so…

  whew okay... I have no idea why I went into this thinking it would be pleasant? 

  It’s a masterpiece of its own and it is what it’s supposed to be: disturbing. 

  the cinematography was so beautiful but it didn’t help me at all prepare for that ending 🥴
