“i don’t know if there is anything wrong with me because i don’t know how other people are” 10/10 writing!!

sofia coppola is so good at capturing loneliness and female melancholy, honestly it’s no wonder she is my favourite director of all time.

the first few scenes of the movie made me feel like it would be good but it just went downhill from there. the whole thing was so uncomfortable to watch. overly sexualised, no compassion whatsoever, a whole lotta unnecessary nudity and the list goes on. the only good thing about the movie was ana de armas and adrien brody; the only reasons i kept watching. it’s a shame bc i was so excited for this biopic to come out but anyway, disappointed as i’ll always be with these biopics. let’s hope they do audrey hepburn justice. anyway, FUCK THE PATRIARCHY!!
