  Had low expectations bc it’s a Netflix original & I figured the packed cast would be some sort of compensation. It was a great film though! Both funny & sincere. I also read some complaints about the editing, but after watching I felt it was an innovative choice I found engaging & interesting. It can be difficult to accomplish intimate, meaningful moments between a larger metaphor- this film did that well. I thought some of the points were aged & overstated, though. Overall I was surprised by Don’t Look Up, one of my favorite films of 2021.
