Great film through and through. Enjoyed how fluid and creative the action scenes were. The rat race type nature complimented with excellent pacing made the movie feel seamless and enjoyable. The pop culture references littered liberally throughout the film really had my inner child grinning from ear to ear. Went into this film without any preconceived expectations and was pleasantly surprised how well put together this dystopian like virtual reality driven world was. My initial knee jerk reaction was “This film is dreadfully terrible, acutely cringe, and doesn’t have an ounce of creativity.” But after some introspective thought, I chose to focus on things I did like, instead of the former.

The extremely vivid color palette coupled with the eccentrically boisterous music really encapsulated the entire theme and made the film feel true to its roots.

Perfect family-oriented holiday movie. It checks all the boxes.

🤖 Finch gives you a unique perspective into a UV radiated post-apocalyptic world in which humans are borderline extinct and resources are becoming increasingly scarce. You follow an engineer played by Tom Hanks who
—through necessity and loneliness— has assembled quite a unique family of robots (Jeff and Dewey)  and and his trustee companion - Goodyear (the dog).

Tom Hanks is just spectacular. Being the only human on screen you never felt lost or unengaged, clearly remnants of Cast Away…
