  Watched Second Sight 4K Remaster of the Theatrical version.

  Stunningly brilliant piece of art and eternally prescient piece of social commentary. It's influence is so deeply ingrained and intertwined with any piece of horror media in the last 50 years.

  Perfection.

  Thor: The Dark World 2013

  Really don't get the extreme vitriol toward this one. Especially vs some of the absolute schlop Marvel have come out with post-Endgame.

  Nice to see Marvel movies make sets and use colours instead of everything being pure LED green screen and washed out mud.

  Anyway, this is a fun lil self-contained story and builds the world of Asgard nicely. Kat Dennings is having the time of her life and it's under 2 hrs. Fun movie!

  Watched the 40th Anniversary 4k Blu Ray remaster in the middle of the night alone with headphones. Only previous viewing was on DVD in the middle of the afternoon many years ago.

  The Edge of Seventeen 2016

  Been putting this one off for quite a while but man it is GREAT.

  A lot of it is pretty painful to watch but juust painful enough that its cathartic. Especially the amount of moments where all the tension could be dispelled by one person speaking but no one does.

  Steinfeld puts in an excellent performance with great help from the supporting cast. Woody Harrellson as a softly spoken father figure gets me everytime he does it. Blake Jenner and Hayley Lu Richardson are going to be stars.

  Soundtrack is an iconic encapsulation of the period.
