Had high expectations for "Raw", but we honestly couldn't even get to the half hour mark. The detached, clinical lens of the movie towards its subject made it difficult to stay interested in the characters. There was no humanizing anchor for me to stay attached to — everybody around the main character felt like a magnified caricature of an a*shole. The humor also fell flat for us.
