True free spirits roam across planets and in this case, leave after bringing people together - this is Chihiro. The movie is slow-paced but so is life in a sleepy seaside town where a few lives were a bit shaken with her presence. Lovely & heartwarming!

My understanding was really stretched w/ this but tbh it also opened a lot of 'understandings' for me. Reminiscent of the old K-melodramas but they have themselves, love and its 'interests' as the antagonists. Idk about you but I loved the ride. It's been quite awhile since a kdrama had me thinking or had me try to understand what the character is going through.
As always, Yoo Yeon Seok does his best with whatever he was dealt - this time…
Finally finished the biopic of Princess Yi Deok Hye (though some events may be more of an artistic license from the truth as per research) but the struggles & the patriotism during the Japanese annexation are still heart-wrenching up to this day. Prepare tissues - you've been warned!
