  the filmmakers pain and discomfort in speaking with a man who filmed underage girls without their consent - comparing them to flowers in bloom (& older women to withered ones) is something probably every woman can relate to. its always astonishing how little empathy men like Urs have when confronted with an opposing view and being told they caused pain, even going as far as questioning the directors experience.

  apart from visuals and effort - this film is a pedophiles dream. even without having read the spiegels article on the alleged abuse that happened during shooting you can see how deeply uncomfortable these children were. seidl decides to expose their real names and exploit their bodies in the worst way possible, not only reproducing but actively creating child porn. forget 'cuties'. this is ten times worse.
