  "Poetry is untranslatable, like the whole art."

  "Nostalgia" (1983) does not follow any sort of structure.
  It feels like you are watching Tarkovsky
  self-reflect on his own life, slow-paced and fairly detailed.

  A beautiful critique of "modern alienation".

  "Thirst“ (2009) is a romantic vampire tale.
  Park Chan-Wook delivered a very unorthodox body of work, perfectly executed in terms of production.

  The plot unfolds increasingly disturbing and turns into utter madness.

  The colorist did his thing WONDERFULLY!

  Feeling disconnected is something most of us can relate to.

  „The Red Turtle“ covers nearly every aspect of human life.
  Keep in mind, this movie has no dialogue at all.
  It is quite metaphorical and that is exactly why i enjoyed it.
  The viewer is basically able to reflect on his own life from the very first minute.

  For me, personally, this movie is a gorgeous reflection of loneliness and frustration.
