Oh my...
I'd expect nothing less from Tennessee, but still somehow I'm surprised. I suppose it could have stayed a little truer to the stage play, and it's a shame about them sweeping the queer themes under the rug, it's easily a 4.5 if you're not a Tennessee fanatic. Nevertheless, watch out, Miss Woolf, they're hot on your tail with this one.

yessss, give us nothing! she was pretty good, but there was just... no chemistry between the two of them, and the weird underscoring mixed with the weird disjoin between the speech and the lip movements kinda just made me feel drunk, or maybe nauseous. not my favourite vibe when it's a film that sort of *just* gives vibes. this film goes nowhere, and gives nothing. I want her coat, though
